(Click photo for a larger image) OZ Loft Development’s latest Dallas venture is the major renovation of a five story turn of the century retail and garment factory which is destined to become the Residences At Jackson Street, downtown Dallas’ newest high profile luxury townhome and retail property. Eight luxury townhome units of between 1,400 square feet and 1,850 square feet will offer such amenities as high end finish out, roof top gardens and secure parking for eight vehicles in an enclosed parking garage. Street level retail will include Starbuck’s Coffee and Eisensteins Bagels. The building’s original exterior brick facing will be power washed to reveal it’s rich colors. The front facade will be fully restored with the addition of a sweeping curved balcony, decorative wall sconces and a 10’ by 18’ Texas Flag. Lower level townhomes will have 4’-0" by 8’-0" balconies accessed via French doors from the master bedroom. Master bedrooms of upper level townhomes open to wrap around terraces and a rooftop area complete with rock garden, Jacuzzi tubs, barbecue pits and sweeping views of downtown Dallas. A roof garden is augmented with plants in teak planters, grey river rock roof ballast set with a flagstone path and a raised teak deck with outdoor Jacuzzi and grapevine pergola. The completion of the luxurious Residences At Jackson Street will give downtown Dallas’ central business district a new jewel in it’s crown of distinctive residential habitats. The Hunting Lodge is an architectural amalgamation of typical Texas farmhouse, western frontier and modern upscale resort. Rough hewn timber railings with twig infill blend effortlessly with stately columns, chiseled limestone lintels, tall divided light windows and French doors. Sweeping verandahs on all four sides of both the first and second floors afford spacious, open air, areas for relaxation with expansive vistas of the surrounding indigenous landscape.

The Lodge itself offers every amenity with library and smoking room, dining hall, kitchen, game room, and hunter’s trading post.
